About North Wind Cycles
Hello, my name is Tony White. I am the owner and manager of North Wind Cycles. I have been visiting Mallorca for the last 10 years and in 2019 I moved here from the UK. I started North Wind Cycles as I believe premium road bike hire can be made easier and better.
Our shop is in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, in the beautiful village of Alaró. The company name also comes from the mountains, “North Wind” is the literal translation of the Mallorquin word Tramuntana. Our central location on the island enables us to serve customers across the whole of Mallorca.
My aim is to provide the highest standard of bikes and service possible. I am a Level 3 Cytech certified professional bicycle technician. Cytech is the internationally recognised training and accreditation scheme for bicycle technicians. In addition I have also undertaken Bike Fit training accredited by the International Bike Fitting Institute.
Whether you would just like to hire a bike or whether you would also like help finding the perfect cycle friendly accommodation, or a cycle coach, or a great restaurant. Nothing is too much trouble. We are here to make your cycling experience in Mallorca as easy and as enjoyable as possible.
